Project planner and downloads
The planner prepares a project brief in your browser. Entering details or previewing a brief does not send them to us. A download saves a text file to your device.
The website does not create a saved planner profile or store your entries in its own browser storage. Your browser may retain fields through its history or autofill. Use “Clear entries” on a shared device.
Contacting us by email or telephone
Email links open your email app. You choose what to include, which photographs to attach and when to send. A prepared brief may be included in the draft; longer briefs can be downloaded and attached instead. Your email service handles the sending of the message.
Telephone links open your device’s calling app. The website does not itself place, record or transcribe calls. Telephone and email providers process communications under their own terms.
